(A) Master meter installations, including private service installation to serve business, mercantile or industrial customers shall not be permitted except by the express action of the Village Board of Trustees.
(B) When a private fire service connection, without meter, is permitted by the Village Board of Trustees, the annual rate for the service shall be as follows:

(C) Use of water delivered to and through a private fire service connection shall be limited to the sole purposes usually demanded for the extinguishment of accidentally caused fires or the washing away of substances creating a fire hazard caused from accidents not related to frequent and repeated negligent operations of the user. The right to determine abuses of the foregoing limitation on the use of water delivered through fire service connection, including the right to revoke a permit for this purpose, is herewith reserved by the Village Board of Trustees.
