(A) The service area shall be limited to the corporate limits of the village, except as may be expanded by a specific intergovernmental contract with other governmental units to provide the service to their areas or by request of a law enforcement officer in the event of emergency.
(B) In no event shall the designated service area or service provided under this subchapter exceed a distance of ten miles from the Village Hall, without prior written approval of the Fire Chief or his or her designated agent.
