Whenever services are rendered in response to an emergency situation to aid a victim in an emergency situation, there shall be paid by the person receiving the benefit of the service, the person’s parent, family, guardian, agent or employer into the Village Treasury the sum as computed by the schedule set forth herein by § 133.129.
