§ 33.113 OUTSIDE SERVICE.
   (A)   There shall, henceforth, be assessed against all persons, businesses and other entities which are not residents of the village, a charge for services rendered by personnel and equipment used of the Fire Department.
   (B)   The charges provided for in this section shall not be assessed against:
      (1)   Residents of the village;
      (2)   Residents of a county, municipality or fire protection district which has a mutual aid or assistance agreement with the Fire Department; or
      (3)   Persons who request fire protection coverage for an unprotected area and who pay to the Fire Department an amount equal to the Fire Protection Tax pursuant to Section IV of “An Act Relating to Fire Protection in Certain Areas,” approved September 18, 1975, as amended.
   (C)   (1)   The charges for services rendered by the Fire Department in division (A) above shall be computed at the rate of $100 per hour per vehicle and $25 per hour per firefighters, paramedics or other personnel, responding to a call for assistance.
      (2)   An additional charge shall be levied to reimburse the Fire Department for any extraordinary expenses of materials used in rendering the services.
      (3)   No charge shall be made for services for which the total charge would be less than $50.
   (D)   All receipts from charges assessed pursuant to this section shall be deposited to and become a part of the General Fund of the village.
