(A) It shall be the duty of all officers of the Fire Department and all police officers of the village to see that the provisions of this subchapter are enforced, and to arrest, on view, any person who shall be found violating any of the provisions of the code, or who shall hinder, resist or refuse to obey any officer in the discharge of his or her duty.
(B) Any person who shall violate any applicable provision of this code, or interfere with or obstruct any firefighter or firefighters in the performance of their duties hereunder or incidental thereto, shall, upon conviction of violation hereof, be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $500.
