(A) In accordance with § 33.107, any member who has 20 or more years of active service who cannot meet these minimum requirements will be placed without prejudice on “inactive status.”
(B) Inactive status members may attend and maintain all privileges of active members with the exception of the following:
(1) Vote at Departmental meetings; and
(2) Participate in emergency for firefighting duties.
