§ 33.033 RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY.
   The Chief of Police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the Police Department as he or she shall deem advisable and such rules, when approved by the Mayor, shall be binding on such members.
