§ 33.023 SALARY; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The Police Department shall receive compensation as may be provided by village ordinance or by resolution of the Village Board.

   (B)   Auxiliary police officers shall receive hourly compensation for their services as determined by the corporate authorities, provided the services are performed at the direction of the Chief of Police.
