1. A plan which proposes to alter the location of lot lines between existing lots can be submitted as a “Lot Line Relocation Plan” to the Borough when meeting the following criteria:
A. Neither a parent lot or combined lot shall be created which is smaller than the minimum lot size permitted by the applicable zoning ordinance;
B. Drainage easements or rights-of-way are not altered;
C. Access to the affected parcel(s) is not changed;
D. Street alignment(s) are not changed; and
E. No new building lot(s) are created.
2. The lot line relocation plan shall be prepared in conformance with the provisions of § 22-409 of this Chapter and any other applicable requirement of the law.
