1. Sewer rentals or charges for private users and commercial users of less than six units shall be paid quarterly and quarterly billings for sewer rentals shall be made by bills dated the 10th day of March, June, September and December of each year, for the quarterly calendar period immediately preceding the month with which each bill is dated. The bills for sewer rentals under § 18-311 for the first quarter during which a property is connected will be pro-rated on the basis of the quarterly rate. All bills for private users and commercial users of less than six units shall be due and payable on their respective dates.
2. Commercial users of six or more units shall forward to the Borough Office no later than the 15th day of each month a typewritten listing indicting the number of units occupied as of the 10th day of such month. The Borough will issue a billing on the 10th day of each month to these commercial users based upon the number of units occupied as of the 10th day of the previous month. All bills for commercial users of six or more units shall be due and payable on their respective dates.
