In addition to the responsibility to provide and install smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms as required in § 5-201, the owner shall:
A. Maintain the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in proper working condition;
B. Obtain an inspection and certificate of compliance from the Borough of Marysville:
(1) Upon the change of tenants;
(2) Upon the sale or transfer of title to any building in Group I-1 and R occupancies;
(3) When there is a structural alteration or addition requiring a permit under the Pennsylvania Construction Code; or
(4) When a certificate of use is required to be issued under the Borough of Marysville Zoning Ordinance.
