1442.02 NUISANCES.

Pursuant to authority contained in 65 ILCS 5/11-60-2, each of the following is hereby defined and declared to be a public nuisance: any dangerous and unsafe building, any uncompleted building, any abandoned building, and any unfit building, each as being defined in this Chapter.
