505.06 POISONING ANIMALS, POULTRY, WILD FOWL AND PIGEONS.
   (a)   No person, except a licensed veterinarian acting in such capacity, shall knowingly administer poison, directly or indirectly, to a farm animal, dog, cat, poultry or other domestic animal that is the property of another, or to any wild fowl or pigeons. Further, no person shall knowingly place any poisoned food where it may be easily found and/or eaten by any of such animals, poultry, fowl or pigeons, or by any person, either upon his own land or the lands of another.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
