373.19 SALE OR TRANSFER; TAG SURRENDER OR REASSIGNMENT.

Upon the sale or transfer of a licensed bicycle, the licensee thereof shall remove and surrender to the Mayor the attached license tag, or may have the Mayor assign the tag to another bicycle owned or operated by the licensee, without charge.
