(a) Any motor vehicle required to be impounded pursuant to law subsequent to a misdemeanor or felony violation or arrest within the corporate limits of Martins Ferry may be stored on City property as may be designated by the Director of Public Service/Safety until such time as said motor vehicle is ordered released by the appropriate Court.
(b) Daily storage fees for said impoundment shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). All storage fees, and towing charges, if any, shall be paid in full prior to any motor vehicle being released.
