159.10 PERS CONTRIBUTIONS.

The Auditor is hereby directed to pay all City contributions to the Public Employees Retirement System from the General Fund of the City, except that contributions for employees of the Water Department, Sanitation Department, Division of Development and any other employees paid by State or Federal funds, shall be paid from funds of his respective department.
