1155.06 SAVING CLAUSE.

Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any other part thereof. A determination that any portion or provision of this overlay protection district is invalid shall not invalidate any special permit.
