155.01 MEMBERSHIP.

The Board of Control shall be composed of the Mayor, the Director of Public Safety and the Director of Public Service. The Mayor shall be President ex officio. The Board shall keep a record of its proceedings. All votes shall be by “yeas” and “nays” and entered on the record, and the vote of a majority of the members shall be necessary to adopt any question, motion or order.
