307.04 USAGE ON STREETS; PENALTY.
   (a)   Nothing within Chapter 307, permits the usage of an under-speed or utility vehicle or a mini-truck upon any street or highway within the City. For purposes of clarity, and not by way of limitation, under-speed vehicles, utility vehicles, mini-trucks, and ATVs, as those terms are defined in Ohio Revised Code Sections 4501.01 and 4519.01, are not authorized for operation on the public streets within the City.
   (b)   Furthermore, the only low speed vehicles, as defined by Ohio Revised Code Section 4501.01, authorized for use on City streets by Chapter 307 are vehicles that are principally used in the playing of golf.
   (c)   Nothing in this section effects or changes the current laws within the City regarding the use of motor-driven cycles or motor scooters.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and on each subsequent offense after the second offense within one year after the first offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
