131.08 ALLOCATION OF 10% OF NET FINE REVENUE TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND.

(a) Ten percent (10%) of net fine revenue generated by the Police Department and collected by the City of Martins Ferry shall be allocated to the Police Department Capital Projects Fund. This fund will be used to purchase or lease equipment and vehicles for the Police Department.

(b) This allocation will go into effect July 1, 2021.
