(a) It is a nuisance for any person to feed any wild pigeon, as defined in this section, on any public street or on any public or private property, within the City.
(b) For purposes of this section, “wild pigeon” means any bird of the family Columbidae but shall not apply to any pigeon that is under the care and control of any person.
(c) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation; a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second violation within one year; and a fine not exceeding one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each additional violation within on year.
(d) All other Ordinances or Resolutions, or portions thereof, which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. (Ord. 2019-20. Passed 10-2-19.)
