353.09 ALLOCATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING AND PARKING METER FUNDS.
   (a)   All revenue generated through the parking meters shall be allocated to the Parking Meters fund to be used for the purposes of that fund.
   (b)   All revenue generated through off-street parking shall be allocated to the Off-Street Parking fund to be used for the purposes of that fund.
   (c)   All other Ordinances or Resolutions, or portions thereof, which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
