On or before April 15, 2019, and thereafter annually, the owner of rental or leased residential property will file an application for a certificate of rental registration on forms supplied by the City Auditor. Information to be supplied on an application shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) The name, address, and telephone number of the owner or owners of the premises. In the case of a partnership or limited liability company, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all managing partners or members. In the cases of a corporation, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the current corporate officers of the corporation.
(b) The name, address, and telephone number of the managing agent of the premises, if any. (Ord. 28-2018. Passed 12-27-18.)
