(a) The position of Deputy Auditor is created.
(b) The position of Deputy Auditor will be part-time and if filled by a current employee will be completed during that employee’s normal work day/work week. The Deputy Auditor will, in the absence or disability of the Auditor, perform the duties of the Auditor. The Deputy Auditor will have no supervisory duties or responsibilities. If filled by a current employee, the Deputy Auditor will continue to receive all benefits provided by the collective bargaining agreement between AFSCME Ohio Council 8, Local 1260, and the City of Martins Ferry.
(c) The position of Deputy Auditor will be appointed by the Auditor.
