1372.07 APPEALS.
   An appeals board will be created consisting of 2 members of the fire department, 2 members of the police department and the Director of Public Safety. The board will review appeals to the enforcement provisions of the Chapter. All appeals must be filed in writing with the Director of Public Safety within 30 days of the issuance of a Service Fee. The board will then schedule a hearing to review the matter. All decisions of the board to uphold or reverse the issuance of the Service Fee will be final.
