The Director of Law shall be elected for a term of four years and shall serve until his success of is elected and qualified. He shall be an elector of the City and an attorney duly admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. He shall perform all duties prescribed by the ordinances of the City and statutes of the State, and shall have all the powers conferred upon him by such laws.
