Whoever violates any provision of the Building Code or whoever builds in violation of any plan or specification submitted and approved, or in violation of any permit issued thereunder, for each violation, if no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each ten days that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
