"Front lot line" means the line of property at the right of way of the street or easement that affords the principal means of access to the premises. In the case of a corner lot it is that street line designated on the subdivision plat as the front lot line, or if there is no such designation on the plat, the front lot line shall be deemed to be the shortest of the side lines facing on the dedicated streets.
