1103.04 BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW.

The Board of Architectural Review shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. These members shall represent the Architectural Review District and at least two (2) of them shall be resident freeholders of such District.
