(a) The Water Department will pay five dollars ($5.00) per tanker truck filled at the Water Department to the General Fund. This will be effective as of November 1, 2016. The Water Department will inform the Auditor of the amount of trucks filled each month.
(b) The amount paid by the Water Department under this section is appropriated to the Street Department in order to help defer the cost of additional maintenance necessary on City streets as a result of the increased truck traffic.
