909.01 CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR; PERMIT AND FEE.

No person shall construct or repair any sidewalk, driveway or curb without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Public Service. The fee for the permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per linear foot.
