757.07 VEHICLE LICENSE FEE.
   Every owner shall pay a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per year in advance for each taxicab license. However, the fee for licensing after July 1 in any year shall be five dollars ($5.00) for the balance of that year or any fraction thereof.
