No bowling alley, pool or billiard room shall be open for use between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of each day except Saturday when the closing hour shall be 12:00 midnight, and Sunday, when it may be open only between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
