The owner or exhibitor of every amusement arcade or skill pool table shall display at all times in a prominent place on the premises of every amusement arcade in the City and of every place in the City in which a skill pool table required by this chapter to be licensed is installed or used, a printed notice, which shall be furnished by the Chief of Police with the required license and which shall read substantially as follows:
WARNING TO PERSONS UNDER AGE If you are under the age of 18, under the Ordinances of the City, if you remain on these premises after the established curfew, as set forth in Section 509.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Martins Ferry, Ohio, and if you are not accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative or furnish false information as to name, age or other identification, you are guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. |
