711.16 UNLICENSED OR UNREGISTERED DEVICES.

No person shall keep, maintain, permit or allow any unlicensed and unregistered device to be in or upon any public place or place of business under the control, supervision or direction of such person, except such device as in this chapter is exempt from license and registration.
