(a) No person shall, without privilege to do so, knowingly enter or remain on the Memorial Park property during the following times and/or dates:
(1) November 15 through March 31-Park closed; and
(2) April 1 through November 14,10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
(b) Privilege to enter upon such premises, or to remain thereon, between the above- referenced prohibited dates and/or times may be granted only by the Mayor, or the Director of Public Service/Safety, and shall be in writing.
(c) It is no defense to a charge under this section that the offender was authorized to enter or remain on the land or premises involved, when such authorization was secured by deception.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
