(a) The annual license fee for a license issued under the provisions of this article shall be as follows:
(1) For a licensee having 1000 members or less | $ 500.00 |
(2) For a licensee having more than 1000 members | $ 1,250.00 |
(3) Fraternal or non-profit club licenses | $ 375.00 |
(b) The fee for any license issued following January 1 of any year which expires on the thirtieth day of such year shall be one-half of that prescribed by this section
(c) This shall apply to all new applications for licenses for years beginning after July 1, 2014 and all renewals of license for years beginning after July 1, 2015.
