A person who violates any of the provisions of this article for which punishment has not been specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or confined in jail not less than five days nor more than thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
