759.10 UTILIZATION OF FUNDS.

The funds, moneys and revenues received from the collection of the rates, fees and charges herein provided shall be used only for the continuance, maintenance and improvement of the essential or special service of fire protection within the City, and no part of such funds, moneys or charges shall be used for any other Municipal purposes.
