Sec. 37. Style; continuation of ordinances in effect at effective date of Charter.

The style of the ordinance[s] of the City shall be: "Be it Ordained by the Council of the City of Martinsburg:" but the ordinances now in force shall remain in effect until amended or repealed, except where the same are in conflict or inconsistent with this Act [Charter].
