(a) In addition to any fines or penalties that may be imposed upon an itinerant vendor licensed under this article upon violation by such itinerant vendor of any of the provisions of this article, Council may revoke and cancel the license granted to the itinerant vendor in question.
(b) Conviction of any offense under any of the provisions of this article relating to itinerant vendors shall be sufficient ground for the revocation of license without notice to or upon the licensee.
