713.02 RATES AND CHARGES; APPLICATION FOR CONNECTION.

(a) Each subscriber connecting to an intrusion alarm or warning system of the Martinsburg City Police Department shall be charged the following rates and charges:

(1) Installation fee: $0.00.

(2) Monthly monitoring charge: $0.00.

(b) Application for each subscriber connection shall be made at the Police Department upon such forms as prescribed by the City Manager.
