709.06 DEPOSITING ADVERTISING MATTER ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS AND IN VEHICLES.

No person shall deposit or place any advertising matter upon the streets of the City or on the sidewalks thereof, or on or in any automobiles parked upon such streets, nor shall any person form the air drop advertising matter upon the streets or sidewalks of the City.
