Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense and, in the discretion of the Police Court Judge, may be placed in jail for a term not to exceed thirty days. Each offense and each day such violation shall continue shall be regarded as a separate offense.
