533.12 INJURY TO PUBLIC UTILITY PROPERTY.
   Any person who shall wilfully or maliciously destroy or injure any of the wires, poles, insulators, or other property belonging to any telephone, telegraph or railroad company, or any public utility company, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be imprisoned in the jail not to exceed thirty days, and be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), at the discretion of the court.
