If any person wilfully interrupt, molest or disturb any assembly of people meeting for the worship of God, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be confined in jail not more than thirty days and fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
