311.07 DRIVING ON STREETS CLOSED FOR SLEDDING.
   (a)   During and after a snowfall in excess of two inches, the City Manager may cause to be temporarily closed off, for purposes of snow sledding, the following streets:
      (1)   Oak Street, between John Street and Stephen Street.
      (2)   John Street Extended, between Porter Avenue and Rosemont Avenue.
      (3)   Pennsylvania Avenue, between Second Street and High Street.
   (b)   Such streets shall be blocked by the erection of wooden horses with appropriate signs. During the time when such streets are so closed, the only vehicular traffic that will be permitted to drive on such streets shall be traffic of those vehicle owners who reside on the street and emergency or delivery vehicles. If any driver of a vehicle violates this section, he shall be fined an amount not to exceed five dollars ($5.00).
