171.10 RECEIPT OF FUNDS.

The Police Court Judge shall not receive any money belonging to the State or to individuals, unless he shall give bond and security required of a justice of the peace by Sections 4905 to 4919, Michie's West Virginia Code, 1961. All the provisions of such sections relating to moneys received by justices shall apply to like moneys received by such Judge.
