Upon complaint, the Police Court Judge shall have authority to issue a search warrant in connection with the violation of any provision of this Code or other ordinance of the City. Any search warrant, warrant of arrest or other process issued by the Police Court Judge may be directed to the Police Chief or any member of the Police Department of the City and may be executed at any place within the County.
