171.04 JUDGE TO PRESIDE; JURISDICTION, POWERS, DUTIES.

The Police Court Judge shall preside over all sessions of the Police Court of the City, except as hereinafter provided, and shall have, possess and exercise all of the jurisdiction, powers and duties set out in this article.
